LETTER OF NOTIFICATION FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE PURPOSE TO TAIWAN, SOUTH KOREA, AND INDIA

According to the customs regulation of some destination countries, we need you to provide supporting documents for customs clearance purpose, prior to sending your shipment to these countries as below:

1. TAIWAN – PHOTO ID ARC (Alien Registration Certificate/ PASSPORT
2. SOUTH KOREA – PHOTO ID ARC (Alien Registration Card)
3. INDIA for PERSONAL USED – Copy of the passport & Copy of the Pan Card
4. INDIA for COMPANY – Copy of IEC & GST
